Registration
All interested candidates for work should be able to cover a minimum of 4 days a week and it should be for a period of six months. All CV for work should be emailed to info@kepnochcare.co.uk. And once we assess you we will get in contact with you to guide you through the registration process and discuss suitable work placement that we have available.
Our aim is to contact candidates within 48 hours of receiving their CV’s. And unfortunately, due to a large volume of CV’s that we receiving, we are unable to respond to candidates that do not have the appropriate experience. We ask those that wish to work with us to follow our guidelines carefully and complete all documentation fully accurately. We are unable to offer people work without completing the registration process, which includes the following:

Supporting Statement
Face to Face interview
References
Proof of identity including an in date passport

The people we recruit:
We recruit staff to fill permanent positions, temporary contracts, ad hoc and emergency shifts. The type of positions we recruit staff for support worker and carers, managers and senior managers. Carers and support workers would need at least a minimum of 12 months of paid work and experience within the social care and housing sectors. This should include responsibilities such as support planning, managing challenging behaviour, promoting service user involvement and key working. All candidates interested in ad hoc or temporary shift covers must be available for a minimum of 4 days a week and for a period of at least six months. We supply bank staff to a number of organisations. So we have a continuous need for people to cover emergency shifts and ad hoc. For more information contact the management.
